Movement Cleaning/Change
We provide movement cleaning and replacement services to keep your watch running accurately. This service helps prevent issues caused by dust, wear, or moisture and ensures the reliability of your timepiece.
At Big Time Watches, we want our customers to feel unparalleled trust and security in purchasing a timepiece from us. As such, Big Time offers matchless after-sales service. In addition to our 30-day return policy, you always have a multi-year warranty on any brand-name timepiece with the manufacturer.
If you can visit our stores, we have even more options for you. For analog watches, Big Time will handle a warranty repair for you within the first six months, absolutely free of charge. We will either have our licensed watchmaker repair it for you or we will send it to the company for repair at no cost to the customer.
For all other repairs, we keep a fully licensed watchmaker and carry numerous parts that will permit a timely repair at a fraction of the cost that our competitors would charge.
