Orders totaling $199 or more qualify for free shipping and returns within Canada. Please be advised that these benefits are exclusive to regularly priced merchandise and do not extend to discounted, sale, or clearance items. For orders under 199$, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Regularly priced items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition, including attached tags, unworn, unsized and in their original packaging.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unsized, with complete original packaging, tags, warranty, and manuals instructions.

Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a refusal.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• All sales are final on special orders, engraving or any merchandise that has been modified.
• For orders shipped to the USA, customers are responsible for their return postage. We strongly suggest using a trackeable service.
