Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your watch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Eligibility
- Applies to regular-priced merchandise only
- Items must be unworn, unsized, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, manuals, and warranty cards
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the date and time of delivery (as confirmed by the tracking provider)
- Proof of purchase is required
Final Sale: Discounted, clearance, engraved, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
🔁 Returns
To return an item:
- Email support@bigtimewatches.com with your order number and reason for return
- Follow the instructions provided
- Ship the item to the address we provide
Return Shipping:
- Free for orders over $199 within Canada (regular-priced items only)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping on orders under $199 and all U.S. orders
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds:
- Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
🔄 Exchanges
- Contact us to confirm item availability
- Exchange requests must meet the same conditions and 14-day timeframe as returns
- You may:
- Receive store credit for the original amount
- Pay the difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item
- We will confirm any balance or refund before shipping the replacement item
