The warranty solely covers damage from a defect or error in workmanship or material, excluding damage from accident, misuse, tampering, wear and tear, lack of servicing or damage to the case, crystal, bracelet, or strap.

Although Big Time Watches offers a repair service, we can still provide these repairs that aren't covered under warranty for an extra fee. Please visit our repairs page for more details.
