We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully for both online and in-store returns.

Returns for Online Purchases

Refund Conditions:

• Returns are accepted on regular-priced items only.
• Final Sale: Exclusives, Discounted, clearance, engraved, and special-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returned products must be unworn, unsized, and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, manuals, and warranty cards.
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing any refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable; refunds apply to the product cost only.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping:

• Free return shipping is available for orders over $199 within Canada (regular-priced items only).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure safe and confirmed delivery.

Return Steps:

1. Email web@bigtimewatches.ca to request a return.
2. Include the following in your email:
   • Full name
   • Phone number
   • Invoice or order number
   • The item you are returning
   • Reason for return
3. We will reply with return confirmation and instructions.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email web@bigtimewatches.ca to confirm item availability.

• Exchange requests must meet the same 14-day timeframe as returns.

• You may:

  • Receive store credit for the original amount.

  • Pay the difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item.

• We will confirm any balance or refund prior to shipping the replacement item.
